I had this on cassette back in the day - gotta guess David was pretty wasted around this time, but he sounds pretty good...
without hearing this yet, I'm gonna guess that track 3 is Triad - "why can't we go on as three..."

David was recently out of prison and was pretty well cleaned up. I saw the show, and as I recall, was warmly received by the crowd--not a small feat for a solo acoustic act opening for a GD New Year's Eve!
I enjoyed his performance and am looking forward to hearing this again. Many thanks! |

I was at this Grateful Dead Run... David was FRESH out of prison. I didn't recognize him with his short hair. He Looked very refreshed and healthy he sounded great.
