Proceeds from this event benefit The Hot Stove Cool Music Foundation.

MATRIX NOTES:

Wave files were extracted from source CDs using Exact Audio Copy. Soundforge 8.0 was use for all of the following processes except one. Both SBD and MIC files from 2 source CDs were joined to make continuious complete show. SBD right channel was copied to the left to make a 2 channel mono SBD. Both SBD and MIC sources were edited to time sync with each other. Steinberg Wavelab 5.0.1 was then used to match the total time of the SBD to the MIC recording (99.987% of original). Both SBD and MIC sources were gain adjusted and then mixed together. No EQ or other type of sound processing has been applied to either source files or final mix. Final Matrix Mix is approximately 60% SBD/40% AUD.

R.I.P. Richie Hayward (February 6, 1946 - August 12, 2010). With the dexterity of Neil Pert and the explosiveness of John Bonham, Richie's drumming was like operatic artillery. I shed a tear for you today my brother.
