Notes:
- First sixteen tracks were pitch-shifted 1.04% to account for
a major pitch difference between tapes 1 and 2 (possibly due to
aging or stretching over time).
- d1t10: left channel began to fade so I used an envelope to
amplify it 200% to match the right channel. d1t11 through d1t14
had the left channel amplified 200% throughout.
- Splice in d2t02 due to tape change (though strangely, no music
was lost - perhaps a DAT exists?). After tape change, levels are
drastically lower so I amplified all remaining tracks 300% to
compensate for this.
- Last two tracks on the original tape were studio versions of
'But Anyway' and 'Alone' but they were identical to the album
versions, so I left them off.

Got a spare 4 1/2 hours? Need to kill half a day at work? Kick back and enjoy 275 minutes of non-stop playing, as these two bands perform what they used to call a "Spinning Traveler" show. Full-band, on-the-fly segues between sets without the music ever stopping. SD>BT>SD>BT and then they all came out together for the encore. Just an epically long show, played 20 years ago today.
thelobstar 2010-05-26 17:11:45
Is this version any different than the one you posted on LMA?
raveronaroll 2010-05-26 17:31:47
Wow! Nice up! Thanks Dave for your hard work in getting this recording close to perfect and sharing with the masses. Takes me back to the days when I had just turned 30.
Phuzz73 2010-05-26 17:42:24
I love it! Spinning Traveler shows rule...I think I have this on on tape some where...but no I'm gonna have it on my HD...Thank you sooo much!
greenone 2010-05-26 19:52:24
@lobstar - no, it's the same show. I'm just doing "this week in BT history" weekly torrents to keep up a little presence on bt.etree for folks who aren't aware of the LMA, and to highlight some personal favorites in the meantime. With the exception of the occasional Instant Live, everything I torrent here is also available on archive.org.

greenone 2010-05-26 23:34:20
Not sure who taped, Rick...but if you were at the Wetlands, you missed this show - it was at the Marquee. ;)
