Jeff - how did you think it sounded? Never been a fan, but I ask because I brought the PA system to this gig & mixed for McDermott. The Maniacs had their own engineer.

Nice - what we like to hear!
I can't say I know anything about MMc's policy on taping, I just mixed his show because he didn't bring anyone. He seems really cool, but I can't give any "official" word. |

| McDermott reminded me of a cross between Kevn Kinney and John Mellencamp. I enjoyed his set more than I thought I would. I was a little disappointed Northwoods didn't have a full band, but he was good too. |

Thanks for taping and sharing!
I saw The Maniacs with John Lombardo 2 weeks ago at The Lilac Festival here in Rochester, and thought they sounded really good - I thought the standouts were "Eden", "Stockton Gala Days" and the Cure's "Just Like Heaven"
looking forward to hearing the new tune "Gold" :)

| Great recording. Accurately captures it all, including what I thought was a psychotic amount of sibilance on the lead vocal. Just my opinion. :) |
