Interesting sound on this one. 30 feet may have been a bit to much of a split but it was a fun experiment.

10 years. Amazing. Still one of the longest (if not THE?) first sets ever. They HAVE to come back to TO. Especially sine Trey gushed so much about liking the city.
Perhaps his criminal record is preventing this? |

Yup, Marcus, that's been my understanding.
Would love to see them return to TO. The 99-00 shows were great fun there, and the Molson is really one of the nicer sheds around imo.
How does this compare to the other sources? |

It's relatively simple for an American with a criminal record to get a 'Waiver of Exclusion' to come to Canada, and only takes a couple of weeks. Far easier than the other way around...
So that's not the reason Phish hasn't been back. I think it's just a hassle for them when they can just play upstate NY or detroit and not have to worry about customs brokers, etc.
Then again, the other big RedLight band DMB comes every year... |

| I remember reading reviews of this show on Phish.net. The reviews of this particular show are some of the best reading pertaining to this here band that I've ever come across. Great to finally pull down a copy. Thanks. |
