"thanks for the Neumann's!"
No worries. This is a unique source for many reasons but mainly cause these are the only LDC Mic's ran in the section or period from what I can tell, and they just happen to be the 89's. However, the un-sung hero for this day in my opinion is my source with the MKH 8050's which Ill release soon. However, I am sure there are a ton of good sounding sources cause it sounded good there and there were a bunch of good rigs running. Good times in Telluride!!! |

| At some venue's the FOB isn't the way to go or at least not worth it considering the time and energy that go into going stealth. At Telluride the Line Array speakers (stacks) were space so far apart that if you went with the traditional half way between the board and the stage you would be missing the bulk of the sound. The only draw back to the section at telluride is that the section was off center but cause I hugged the console platform (mix position) I was only 15 ft off center. |
