When buying tickets for this show, I rejected numerous seats off to the sides in hopes of getting somewhere near center. After about 10 minutes I got the seat right on the center aisle right in front of FOH - a regular taper's seat! It worked out well, the recording is much warmer-sounding than I would have expected. Gotta love those 84i's! Enjoy!!

|Here is an alternate recording of this show offering a different perspective from marksound's recent fine upload. I find this one to be a more even balance of instruments while not being quite as bright or direct-sounding, much more of the room involved here. Not saying either one is better but they are definitely different. Your opinions are welcome!
|Thank you for sharing the ride.
|Thanks for all your hard work !! These recent shows have been amazing !
|rock on-thanx very much!
|Thanks Joe, cant wait to hear this. You were right in the FOB sweet spot. What a great ticket score!
|Having downloaded both, I will say that I prefer the sound of this recording to the other. It does seem to have a more full sound to the recording, whereas the other one is lacking some of the low-end.
In either case, it's nice to have a couple of quality recordings from the show.
Thanks for all of the hard work!
|Thanks, taperjoe! Great recording.
|Thanks for sharing!!
|Thanks for sharing your source. What a great time I had. I can't wait to listen to the recording.
|thanks. will enjoy comparing them.
Marks tapes is very full on LUTHER, which is pretty sweet. that's a hard place to pull a good tape, it's just a cavern and that sound seems to bounce back.
thanks for bringign the gear and sharing, i'm a retired taper who appreciates your effors mucho.
|somebody who knows what they're doing should do a matrix of the two recordings we have here.
|Thanks for the upload....Anyone have the Indy show from 8/25 they can share?
|Thanks a million! Out of 25 shows, this has to be one of the best Crowes shows I have ever been at! My Morning Song was great! All the guys were in to the show that night and boy can Luther jam!!! This recording is great! Thank you again for the upload. Keep on rockin' Crowes style!!!
