| This is a tape I dug out of the Bill Reutelhuber Dat Archive. Great to see it is still spreading around! The MK2 omnis were spaced. 10ft I believe. |

Wow! A blast from the past. This show was my first exposure to Panic and was immediately hooked. After Dead tour ended in Denver, I found myself camping for the next month in Illium National Forest just outside of Telluride and was able to work stage crew in Telluride for the Mid - Summer Music Festival for an incredible 3 day line up of talent. What a magical weekend!!
I can't wait to hear this again! Any chance any of the other acts will be seeded?! A big thanks for sharing this.

This was indeed a great weekend and this day was over the top. WSP-->Taj Mahal-->grisman??-->Hot Tuna-->ABB. Really unreal. We stopped in on our trip to the west to see the boys and no one really knew about panic. I grew up in VA and had seen them ten times maybe. Not experience, but knew the band. Shit man we walked right up to the rail up front...mikey was 15 feet away and they were cooking. Noone quite knew what the think. it was 1:00 in the afternoon and there frying fuckin eggs on your head. Really a great day top to bottom...One of my top 10music days ever fo' sho'. Get those eggs while there hot brothers and sisters.
peace,

My first Panic show. I still have my volunteer T-shirt from this festival. Was also my first Blues Traveler, and first Jerry Joseph (Little Women) shows. What a great weekend that was.
sigh. |

| Wow! Thank you so much ! Caught this while moving from PA to NorCal - my first WSP as they were the 'young band' opening up that legendary day. This festival was a 'sister' to the JGB Squaw Vly weekend one month later (also run by BGP) & still stands among the my favorites ever - thanks again, can't wait to hear ! |

| FYI. The MK-2 omnis were not spread. It is a binaural recording using a single baseball cap. I taped this show using Bill Reutelhuber's equipment. I was dead center about 10' in front of the board if I recall correctly after 21 years. |
