Any help with the tracking and setlist would be great, I would like to get that before I upload to archive.org. |

| BTW, the other night in Bloomington, IN, Tony and Ivan sort of told me that they are not open taping anymore. Ivan said they want the new album to be the way people get exposed to them for awhile. They denied my request to patch into the sbd. |

| I didn't know they didn't allow taping any more or I would have never uploaded the set. |

| Randy - -did they also deny you setting up to audience tape? |

| It's too late...we are exposed. |

| The exposure is not all my fault, there are 20 shows from 2010 up on archive so far. |

well, I asked if I could "tape", and Tony said that some of them in the band sort of had a problem with it. then I asked if I could patch into the board. then ivan walked over and I think I asked again. I think I asked "so you guys aren't allowing any audio taping anymore" and Ivan sort of said that they wanted the album to be the means of exposure "for awhile."
so I got the idea that they were against any audio, not just the SBD patch... |

| btw, I only had a recorder with me, i didn't have any mics or stand. (well, I could have put the recorder in my shirt pocket with its internal mics, but I wore a tshirt with no front pocket) |

| I find it funny that they want the album to be the only exposure of the new songs when it's only available at the Louisiana Music Factory and at their shows, not to mention that they have been performing the songs for years now. |
