Derek and Susan headlined the main stage during the 4th annual Roots and Blues and BBQ Festival. There was a HUGE turnout with thousands of people attending despite temps that dropped into the 40°s.

but, i noticed that the pool seems to not pass 99.8%, AND i had bannded the seeder for "piece 0 failed hash check". Unbaning the 100% i got the same message again, twice. There may be a problem here.

Sorry about that, and thank you very much for pointing it out. I absentmindedly "fixed" two items in the .txt file without thinking that the .torrent had already been created. I was in front of the right stack but had written left, and there was a missing character from one word. I just switched it back to the way it was so everything should match. There are definitely no changes to any of the music files so the important parts are there and correct. Apologies again...

| Thanks a lot for sharing this!.... I saw you breaking down saturday and was going to wonder over and say hello and thank you for taping but the crowd was very thick and we were quite chilly by the time the show ended. Great show by Derek & Susan and a WAY bigger turnout than I had expected. The Root & Blues fest was the real deal! I think I will definitely be attending next year regardless of the artist lineup. |

| Th bitTornado clients may be hitting him so fast the file never leaves the memory cache, it may be that vonjager has to stop the torrent and restart, or force-recheck to get to the file fixed on-disc. I now know not to use bittornado |

| Unfortunately this festival is not "taper friendly", even when the band is OK with it. In order to get my gear in, I volunteered my time - about 12 hours worth over the weekend - and talked to the right folks to obtain permission to fly the mics for Derek & Susan. Even then it was explained that if anyone complained I would have to shut down... I would have liked to record Anders Osborn (backed by the Stanton Moore Trio!), The Dynamites feat. Charles Walker, Trampled Under Foot, and Del McCoury - all of whom put on great sets and I know to have been cool with taping in the past, but I was working during their performances. I hope next year's festival is the one where they realize that taping provides good, free publicity for their event. The 5th annual Roots & Blues & BBQ festival will be Sept 9-10, 2011 - mark your calendars! |

| I don't care if you broadcast my recording as long as that doesn't go against the wishes of the artists. Plenty of songs I captured have been played on public/independent radio stations in the past. I don't know about the legalities of internet broadcasting or streaming an entire show... |
