| Great Scarlet > Fire here (and the longest of the year, I believe). I really liked how they Other One'd out of Truckin' and then came back to play a "proper" version after Space. |

if remember before the show (the nite b4) cruisin' around the lot in the rain with my buddy tommy from greenfield on our mountain bikes, each of us decked out in blue panchos - so fun surveying the scene at this speed.
what a great town, philly! everyone enjoying, no matter the wet weather. so many smiles...
on this night, once inside, after roaming, & roaming s'more, i couldn't see a damn thing where i wound up (stasis, of sorts, finally), concourse level, stage right, w/ three deep up against the rail, all gyrating about, when all of a sudden this hand appeared. i looked about, couldn't see who it was attached to, took it, and this lovely creature pulled me in through to dance next to her(!), right there, up against the rail for the entire 2nd set, full view-on. what a magical nite (haven't seen her since), am still grateful to this day.
and to hunter for this excellent matrix-- raining memories...............! |

Great Scarlet > Fire? They screwed up every verse of Fire. Great show, but Scarlet > Fire was not one of their best, and is completely overshadowed by the sizzling version from JFK on the recent Crimson, White, and Indigo release.
Anyway, thanks for these, they are great. |
