| is this the reunited Particle with charlie. I remember seeing that there were some dates with him. But damn, a particle tribute to Pink FLoyd sounds tasty either way you make the lineup. I miss charlie, I lost touch with particle when they dropped him and started singing. |

was awesome to see charlie shredding that guitar again with Particle.
i was at the Santa Cruz and S.F. shows and they were a blast.
didn't see any tapers though.

Holy cats, I'm excited to hear this!!
I used to record Particle throughout several line-up changes, back in Minnesota, then they stopped coming around. Now I live in Portland, OR, and they NEVER make it here!
I've heard them do Floyd before, but never a whole set like this.

after these last few dates with Charlie, i hope the guys realize he is a MAJOR part of Particle and decide to continue making inSANEly jamming music with him.
to me, Particle WAS charlie, Particle isn't about the strange inter-galactic sounds they make, it is really a spaceship that must have Charlie to "take off", he is the engine to their machine.
man, that guitar, chugging and thrusting though their music, it is what has been missing these last 6 years. no spaceship can takeoff without their engine.
