thank you sir! I envy your text file !!

Just a small technical note on your txt file, to say "Source: 2 Neumann SKM 140’s" would mean 4 microphones. A singular skm140 is 2 mics, the 's' in skm140 stands for "stereo" km140, meaning a matched pair(notice this is singular for a pair). This would be properly notated as a singular skm140 according to Neumann(proper notation: "Source: Neumann SKM140"). If you would have run to a 744 people may have thought this was a 4 channel recording, with the 722 and no mixer in front.. obviously its not. Just thought you might like to know. :) Thanks much for taping!

"Stereo set
The cardioid and hypercardioid microphones are also available as complete stereo sets, SKM 140 and SKM 150, including all accessories in a single jeweler's box. "

Yes. but since the skm140 can be run singly, the dos notation works

hey Steve,

Sorry if I bumped your beer hand a few times ;) Lenny had mentioned the different tapers there that night, but I had forgotten you were one of them...thanks again for the Campbell Brothers from Roch Jazz Fest :)

"Yes. but since the skm140 can be run singly, the dos notation works"

Not really, once broken apart and run singly it is no longer considered a stereo set and is therefore no longer considered skm. While run singly it would be considered a single "km140" and notated as such because its one mic that doesn't relate to another and the 's' only refers to the matched relationship(you can't have a matched single mic obviously). Hopefully that clarifies it for you.
