Watched the first Baba > TNK first hand....
Anyone who had ever been to Cal Expo understands the 'cattle call' that funnels you in and out. On the way out after this show, it was stunned silence and multiple murmurings of 'what the heck was that after Baba O'Reiley'?
Great show, and this recording is fantastic....BTW, check out the 5-21 a couple of nights later. ;) |

I was the guy saying, "It was Tomm. Never Knows from the Beatles" in absolute shock that no one seemed to know a great nugget from a very good album.
This is also the first show with In Ear Monitors.
The cattle call on the way out was grossened up by someone, ummm... releasing a nights worth of intoxicants orally. Lots. Bare feet. Really gross.
I got off at this show big time, was really surprised to hear how average it was once I got the tape.
