-- THE SHACK PROJECT --
This is an effort to seed all existing MMW shows, and yes, preserving the original SHN/FLAC filesets. The seeding will proceed chronologically for the most part, with exceptions as we feel the vibe to seed other gigs from other times.

Thanks to MMW for allowing their music to be recorded....really, thank you.

Huge thanks goes out to the tapers, without whom this wouldn't be possible...and those that have helped get the tunes to our ears.

And thanks to the other 5 guys I've dragged into this and who seem committed to the cause: Louie, Mike Tom, Todd & Jeff....we're all listening to these shows and hopefully circulating the best versions.

All shows listed here in SHN/FLAC will be seeded:
http://db.etree.org/duggy/mmw

These shows will be seeded as well, either by me or by one of a few other kind souls:
http://db.etree.org/duggy/mmwaccess

Shows listed here circulate in some manner. We are looking for as close to the original source as we can get so if you can help out with any of the following, we'd all appreciate it:
http://db.etree.org/duggy/mmwneeds (this list is in the process of being compiled...maybe forever?)

I've started a thread over here for us to be able to discuss this project:

enjoy the grooves,
Louie, Mike, Tom, Todd, Jeff & dug

***FOR ALL YOUR SETLIST NEEDS***
MMW Performance History @ http://mmwhistory.com - this is a fantastic resource that allows you to look at info on gigs by MMW and related side projects and guest appearances; big thanks to Tom for creating this page.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

We are actively updating all setlists as we seed, and also others outside the particular order of the project.

db.etree is also being updated in tandem with the updates to Tom's pages -- both the source and show pages.

There are 3 shows that never circulated in lossless, but that did make the rounds as MP3s.

So here is the shortlist with links for downloading the MP3s:

2004+2005 = my favourite years (I think ... sorta ... I guess I gravitate to shows from these years more than any others ... at times ...) Anyway, this and 2/18 (coming next in rotation) are two shows I've gone back to over and over again. Love the Improv in the first set, and at the time many of these EOTWPjic tunes were new and unknown so it was fun following along with the new music ... of particular note in here is the Blue Pepper IMPROV that leads into Blue Pepper! Wild!

And thanks to our friend, Jeff Kennedy, for having taped this one ...

Thanks for all the hard work, duggy. any chance you could seed 6/5/2004 for me. I went to the show, met the band on the ferry to the vineyard, and have been looking for it ever since... Any help would be much appreciated.
