-- THE SHACK PROJECT --
This is an effort to seed all existing MMW shows, and yes, preserving the original SHN/FLAC filesets. The seeding will proceed chronologically for the most part, with exceptions as we feel the vibe to seed other gigs from other times.
Thanks to MMW for allowing their music to be recorded....really, thank you.
Huge thanks goes out to the tapers, without whom this wouldn't be possible...and those that have helped get the tunes to our ears.
And thanks to the other 5 guys I've dragged into this and who seem committed to the cause: Louie, Mike Tom, Todd & Jeff....we're all listening to these shows and hopefully circulating the best versions.
All shows listed here in SHN/FLAC will be seeded:
http://db.etree.org/duggy/mmw
These shows will be seeded as well, either by me or by one of a few other kind souls:
http://db.etree.org/duggy/mmwaccess
Shows listed here circulate in some manner. We are looking for as close to the original source as we can get so if you can help out with any of the following, we'd all appreciate it:
http://db.etree.org/duggy/mmwneeds (this list is in the process of being compiled...maybe forever?)
I've started a thread over here for us to be able to discuss this project:

enjoy the grooves,
Louie, Mike, Tom, Todd, Jeff & dug |

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
***FOR ALL YOUR SETLIST NEEDS***
MMW Performance History @ http://mmwhistory.com - this is a fantastic resource that allows you to look at info on gigs by MMW and related side projects and guest appearances; big thanks to Tom for creating this page.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
We are actively updating all setlists as we seed, and also others outside the particular order of the project.
db.etree is also being updated in tandem with the updates to Tom's pages -- both the source and show pages.

A little confusion in each of the sources about the tune Curtis! HA! Broken up over 2 or 3 tracks ... regardless, all the music is there so who cares! It sounds great and the boys have certain exploratory fire in these Feb '05 shows that really comes to fruition in the March Tonic run (from the little we have access to hear) and especially the KILLER April '05 tour!
A little Improv gets this show goin' > a slammin' Curtis ... the Reflector > Pocket Knife combo is especially cool to these ears (I really dig Pocket Knife!) ... and I could hear The Letter over and over ... |

Getting into some of the band's best years here, and making my head spin a little with the recent Shack Project spread! -- thanks for tags like TSP2005#--, those are very helpful.
And thanks for all that you do duggy and crew, and for keeping my bandwidth busy!
stay wide,
InsectEffect (formerly locusH)
