|Thanks. I only saw one mic stand in the audience last night for the smokin' 5/9/77 run-through in Indy. Would love for that tape to show up here.
|I like the idea of making new setlists...it adds legitimacy to the band in that regard...if their hope is to play a particular show, then they will fall short because the Grateful Dead did it already, and did it better, but to take the full list of JGB and GD material and play with new setlists and segues adds a newer level of mystery and creativity to the whole thing...the possibility of getting a Caution and a Touch of Grey in the same show is cool...used to be you hear a song or two and know what era it is and cross certain songs off the list because they haven't been introduced yet or dropped from the rotation by then, but this type of show opens the doors of possibility wide, and I am happy for that...I don't have much DSO but I'm takin this one, and will keep an eye out for more of this type of setlist...thanx for sharing!!!!!!!!!

|Actually, I found out at this show that Robert Hunter wrote a song for DSO. I'm not sure of the title, however.
|DSO's original song written by Robert Hunter is called "Run Mary"......excellent song but unfortunately they don't bust it out very often.
|Their FOH mix sounds a million times better no distortion I can actually turn this almost all the way up. Thanks for taping. The band is ripping!
|Thanks for the upload. We met that night. I was the one looking for AA batteries. I ended up scoring some off of the house lighting guy and was able to tape the second set. I think I missed 3 songs in the first set. Turned out better than I expected.
Thank again for the tunes. See ya down the road.
