I traded this out a bunch in the CDR trading days. I figured it would be nice to spread it around again. So I pulled the masters out of the box and did a fresh transfer and remaster. Fun show with a fair about of crowd ambiance between songs. |

I dont mean to butt in, but.....
i have received this show in trades with this date, but...
*i was at this show, and it is 7.22.99, Ogden Theatre, Denver*
i have a ticket stub i can scan to prove it......all of the Columbine banter is from this show......
this should be re-labled.... |

Sorry Bathtubtim1 but this show is labeled correctly. The Denver show that you refer to was a different night. I have both of my ticket stubs too. There my very well be Columbine banter at both.
The date for the Denver Ogden show was 7-23-1999 |

i have seen this in collections like this before....
if this is the show where patton keeps saying
"i am going to shoot you in the face..."
it is Denver Ogden 7.22.99 |

Just looked at the ticket stubs. The Denver show was on 7-22-1999 not the 23rd.

i DO apologize really, here's my story:
i went to the Denver 7.22.99 Ogden show. That banter IS from that show as Columbine was 3 months earlier.....
i still have the stub from this show.
i got this a year after, from someone in Denver who said he got it from taper, we went through this confusion then as for some reason it was dated the same "10.22.99"......
and also, why would Bungle play Denver, then play Boulder 3 months later to the day?
possible it is a mistake?
- really, just tryin to help ;) |

| and the "unknown" track is just labled "Instrumental" on mine....i do not recognize it either... |

| isn't there some banter with Patton bitchin about no opening act before the encore? |

| They did a summer tour which was one longer set and they did a fall tour that included 2 shorter sets. That should hopefully clear some confusion as to the date. I saw them on 7/30/99 and 11/1/99 in same city, Toronto. I don't have my Mr. Bungle collection handy to verify setlists but I do have recordings of both Colorado shows in question. Looking at the tracklist it appears to be from the fall tour. |

| they DID play Boulder on 10-22, but I could definitely swear this is the Denver show... |

| memories do fail us sometimes, i have been wrong on more than one occasion, but the inclusion of songs such as Tower of Strength, 24,000 Baci & I Feel For You, which did not creep into setlists until the fall tour leads me to believe that this torrent is exactly what it says it is, the gig @ Fox Theater, Boulder, CO on Oct. 22, 1999. |

Disk 1 track 4 is
04. Metti Una Sera A Cena (Ennio Morricone) |

so i had to travel across town so i decided to see if i could locate the 7/22/99 (my copy is dated 7/23/99) show in Denver
setlist for it in comparison to this is as follows
The Stroke
Air Conditioned Nightmare
None of Them Knew They Were Robots
Pink Cigarette
Violenza Domestica
Sweet Charity
Travolta /Mukerjee
My Ass Is On Fire
Begin the Beguine
Goodbye Sober Day
Retrovertigo
Ars Moriendi
Merry Go Bye Bye
my version sounds like the taper smuggled his gear into the venue in his pants and the microphone was lodged in his rectum and he decided to record the concert that way for whatever reason. Also of note is that my version has skips in Air Conditioned Nightmare and a short dropout in Travolta. If there is better version of this it would be nice to have a clean copy.

It was probably mine recording and that is almost the exact setup I used. I had only been taping a few months when I recorded that show. No my best. |
