Neumann TLM-170 (hypercardoids, rear of main floor at front left corner of soundboard fenced-in area, very slightly left of center) -> Sound Devices 722 (@24/96); FLAC File processing in SoundForge Audio Studio 10.0c (removing some very loud claps during songs manually; volume normalization; resample to 44.1 with iZotope 64-Bit SRC set higher than "Highest Quality" setting w/anti-alias filter; 24->16 bit dither using iZotope MBIT+ Dither with Ultra noise shaping, High dither settings); Tracked in CDWav.

I put a lot of effort into making this recording shine.The 2nd set didn't need much work at all, but the first set required a lot of work, typical of an acoustic show with a zealous audience -- bringing up the volume of music and down the volume of crowd when it erupted in applause or sing-alongs. Considering how T5 is not that great of a venue for sound, this recording came out surprisingly well -- I ran my mics on my stand to its fullest extent, and the FOH engineer was kind enough to let me set up my stand inside of his cage so I could be more centered than I would have been otherwise. Also it was a packed house so the extra protection didn't hurt!

I love the higher than "Highest Quality" setting. Respectively really think it makes a difference:) Thanks for getting it done at T5 which I know isn't fun sometimes.
