Description	Great show at the Rio last night! Fun seeing many friends from the "old days" so to speak. It felt like the old days too- a small, half full room, on a weeknight... lots of 420 in the air... very attentive crowd, and the band appreciated IT. Mike commented more than once how much he was digging the vibe... I think the Makisupa was a divergence from the planned setlist, based on the vibe of the crowd. And it was way cool! Quite different from the Phish version... I was setup near the soundboard, had planed to go closer but venue kind of freaked when they saw my "tri-pod" and started to scramble a little bit to see if I would be allowed to bring it in. After a few mins of back and forth, I was escorted to a spot just in front of the board (which is actually at the back of the room), and told that sound was best right there so that's where I should record from! So yeah, this is a "FOB" recording, with a caveat: still kind of far back. That said, it really is a small room, with nice acoustics, so the recording is pretty sweet anyway. Unless anyone was running stealth mode, this is the only (audience) source.
