Show Notes: Fire was played for the first time since October 13, 1994 (69 shows).

Tech Notes: I extracted the cds as a range and resplit the tracks using CDWAV. The EAC logs for each disc are included. I added fades at the beginning and end of the sets in soundforge. Shntool was also run to remove SBE's.
This show contains a fair amount of boom that can be fixed with an eq somewhat. I haven't found an eq that can get rid of the chatty (and often yelling and screaming) crowd near the taper however.

What does everyone use to decode .shn to wave? I run WIN 7 and the mkwact doensn't work. A link to something compapible would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who upload shows.

Use Trader's Little Helper. It'll decode both shn and flac files to wav, simply and quickly. Install and run TLH.
Grab it here:

After you install it, from the "Format" menu, click "Decode Audio Files", drag your files into the TLH window and the confirm in "Action to Perform" that you want to "Decode Audio Files". The files you dragged will show up in the window and then simply select the "Decode" button. That's it. It takes a couple minutes to decode an entire, large (1gb in shn or flac form) show. All the files will be in wav form in the same folder as the original shn/flac files.

I was where you are not too long ago, so good luck, but it's actually really easy. =^]
