| Description | Note: this is a request for cosmicsoul420(& others, I'm sure) in response to Charlie
Miller's recent unleashing of the show from 6/20 of this killer Alpine run(thanks, CM!!).
I have no idea if he will be blessing us with the other nights(here's hoping), but here
is the show from 6/23/88. I don't see any other SBD copies of this listed at db.etree.org
at this time so here you go.
I also have Charlie Miller's version of 6/19/88(shnid=95920), but I already
converted that one to WAV & have dumped the FLACs unfortunately...sorry.
Below is exactly the .txt file as it was received:

Those there remember the stage walker who took a seat on the stage during the insane Dew. I swear the last note was purposeful as Jerry turned to the backstage area.
Nothing but laughs. Great show on a cool 92 degree night. |

grest shows, I went tp both as an 18- year old, but now I ask why put them up as .shn files, why not /flac?
just me as an individual; and just curious....flac files for me are so much easier to burn...why keep tham as /shns? -Nick

<<but now I ask why put them up as .shn files, why not /flac?

I was just throwing this file set up 'as is', they way I received it years ago. Yes, I had to laugh myself when I saw
that it was in shn form & I considered decoding it & FLAC'ing it up, but just decided to leave it alone for now
because C.Miller may be distributing more current upgrades to all these shows soon in conjunction with his recent
version of 6/20. And if that turns out not to be the case, I may go ahead & just matrix this up with one the multiple,
tasty fob sources of this & that will be in FLAC.
Cheers!! |

| I was at this show as well and it blew my mind. I'm sure one can find better Morning Dew's, but this one is my favorite. |

Yes Autry is confusing 89 for this run in 88.
Hot doesn't even begin to describe this run or tour. This night was cool at about 92. The rest of the run was around 105+, feeling much hotter in the dry dusty parking lot with the sun reflecting off all the cars.
Temps soared right back well over 100 for Buckeye. |
