The individual moe., SCI, & Keller sets are on the LMA, but I figured making a torrent for the entire day was still a good idea considering the running order of this tour was different every day. I also have Mark's tapes of the following day from Chillicothe (where Gov't Mule played last) which will be seeded soon.
Any help with the missing song titles is appreciated!
Enjoy!! |

Thanks for this...great tour!! But was that really the order of the 'tweener acts'(keller, kevn, gibb)?? I thought there
was one between each of the main acts, no?? That's usually how it went on this tour...i.e.:
Gov't Mule, then Keller
SCI, then Kevn
Galactic, then Gibb
finishing off this night with moe. |

Well, the order posted here is the way it was laid out on the DATs; all 3 acoustic sets were at the end of the 1st tape. It is certainly possible that Mark used the end of tape 1 to record the acoustic sets, then switched to a new tape for the full bands. And, the tapes from the following day are in the order you suggest, with an acoustic act between every band. So...
Perhaps someone who attended this show could sound off on this one?
Apparently this show was moved indoors due to potential weather, I doubt that would have anything to do with changing the running order...? |

This is massive, especially with the inclusion of the tweener sets.
I went to all the west coast dates on this tour (both Red Rocks, SLC, Eugene, both Berkeley and Santa Barbara) and it's still the best vacation I ever had. 3756 miles over the course of 11 days and it still wasn't enough. Such a great, great time.
Thanks so very much for this, and very much looking forward to the next evening. |

Do you know if the sets for the opening bands exist for the Eugene shows? These were the first shows we ever brought our older boy to (now 13 years old), and I'd love a complete document of that. Thanks for the thoughtful upload!

<<wow thanks! didn't Phil Lesh headline this tour though? Or am I confused?>>
PHil Lesh & Friends(Phil, Kimock & Molo, supplemented each night with members of these other bands) were the
headliners at a hanful of these Summer Sessions shows, but not the whole tour. Really, just 7 shows, I think...2 at Red
Rocks, 2 at Eugene, 2 at Berkely & 1 in Santa Barbara, if I'm not mistaken. It was a killer tour & Kimock was on fire at
those gigs. |

mmwarchives is correct: Phil only headlined the west coast shows (with the exception of Salt Lake City), while the other 4 bands rotated 3 bands per show on the Phil dates.
I spaced and forgot the 2nd Eugene show and the Salt Lake City show had all 4 bands of the "regular" tour.
Those shows for Phil were his first tour following the liver transplant. A little known fact is Al from moe. was musical director for Phil's band at those shows.
The Santa Barbara show was unusual in that the tweener sets were performed in the audience common area, where the food/drink/restrooms/merch vendors were. |

Dear taperjoe:
I have this problem and it's only with torrents that you post. Every time I try to download one of your torrents, it says:
"got bad file info path, disallowed for security reasons"
It only does it on yours, and it only does it on this website.
Obviously, many others have no problem at all, so this is all on my end. Any clue to what I am doing wrong? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

Damn, I hate hearing that anyone's having problems, especially when I don't know the real answer! I use Vuze as a torrent client (on Mac), my only suggestion would be to install Vuze & see if that helps anything? I think I may have suggested this in the past to someone, not sure if it ever solved the problem..
I haven't used Sendspace before, but I have used Dropbox, if all else fails that is certainly an option. |

taperjoe:
I used to use Vuse as well and the shows I uploaded would almost always include an additional text file that had a "._" before it, which could not be opened, not sure if there were download problems.
I switched to uTorrent and the problem is gone.
Not sure if this is the same issue, but it's something that Vuse seems to do.
That said, excellent upload! |

Thanks for that advice, I do see a list of files that have been created out of nowhere. It seems that each of the individual ffp files are in the file list, but so are what look like duplicates of them that begin with "._"
If the problem persists, I will try using utorrent, at least for making the torrent file for the other show I was going to upload & see what happens. Thanks again! |
