*low levels

Featroller comment: what a fun show! The only flaw is you'll need to man the volume knob for the first couple
tracks, as the levels start out low and increase towards the end of Down On The Farm. Be sure to crank it for
the opener That's Her, She's Mine – it starts with Paul and Fred dueling acoustically, then the band kicks
in after the first verse and chorus. Another highlight is a gorgeous Long Distance Love, with Richie adding
sweet harmony over Shaun Murphy's vocal. Lowell was reportedly inspired by the sight of Linda Ronstadt painting
her toenails on a tour bus; if he had a bit of a foot fetish, man that would explain a lot…

Unlike some of the full band acoustic shows from the 2003 era, the guitars are plenty high in the mix here.
Romance Without Finance and Cadillac Hotel are showcases for Paul and Fred respectively. Dixie Chicken features
the Dixieland trumpet break that remains my favorite arrangement ever. And Let It Roll is a picker's wet dream.
Another treat is Billy explaining a bit of how he, Fred and Neon Park came up with the lyrics for Representing
The Mambo. All with crystalline sound. Thanks to Featseeker for the original upload at dimeadozen.org, and to
Chris for excavating these treasures.

@ Chris,

Surprising you don't "master" a 'lil more alla Charlie Miller ie; raising/lowering volume and a bit of instrument mastering.

thank you and LF for sharing their shows with us!
much appreciated
