Thanks so much...didn't have this one!! I was just reading about this very show in Steve Parish's grate book "Home Before
Daylight." He recounts all the madness that went down at this show aboard the boat & by the end the coast guard had
surrounded the vessel but were afraid to board because of the mad scene happening onboard with the Hell's Angels &
the hippies. There were nitrous tanks being thrown overboard, a 'weapons contest' going on right on front of Garcia,
with all the hidden weapons on 2 Hell's Angels being laid out on top of Merl's leslie cabinet & near the end, the boat
atrted just spinning round & round in a circle, hence why many coast guard boats arrived...when Steve when to the
Captain's bridge, he found that the captain had been knocked out & Hell's Angels had taken over the bridge & were
steering it(well, just spinning it, really!!). Don't know how they all survived, but that was the mad, crazy scene that we all loved!!

| Good story mmwarchives,,I had no idea it was this crazy of a three hour tour, and I havn't read Steve's book..glad I got this tape out and about though. I kinda' had a feeling about this one...Peace! |
