Thanks David. What a day out in the countryside of NYState. Where were you that day? A ton of taper-folks were directly in front of the stage, about row 8. I was at the soundboard, at one time had my mics attached to the front support pole, but they dint like that.
Nice to see some more tapes come out of the box in the closet :) |

| I was there as well. I wore out my cassettes from listening to it SO many times way back when. I listened to this at David's house a couple of years ago. It was recorded from the same spot. I actually pointed out during the opener, you can hear police sirens just like my tape. He never realized it. Funny thing, I had it cranked in the car soon after the show, and I actually thought I was getting pulled over! Too funny at the time. Nice work Ed! |

| This is a great show. I'm curious to hear how this compares to circulating copies (haven't downloaded this one myself). The copy I have (forget where I got it from) has always been one of my favorite audience tapes. |

This show is ridiculous. I'll go one up and say this might be Garcia's finest performance ever with any band ever. I can't get enough of it. I've always been partial the Eaton/Wise source, but every one I've heard sounds great.
