| Judging from the db number, I'm guessing this is a new source? If so, nice work! |

| Looks like there may have been more than one deck plugged into the SBD, judging from the other SBD source (21597). Please, correct me if I'm wrong. |

Here are some notes on this show, courtesy of phish.net:
Set 1: Buried Alive > Possum[1], Foam > Mike's Song > I Am Hydrogen > Weekapaug Groove[2], The Squirming Coil > The Lizards, The Oh Kee Pa Ceremony > Suzy Greenberg > David Bowie[3]
Set 2: Llama > Bouncing Around the Room, Stash, Eliza > The Landlady > Runaway Jim, You Enjoy Myself > Hold Your Head Up > Love You > Hold Your Head Up, Good Times Bad Times[4], Big Black Furry Creature from Mars[2]
Encore: Lawn Boy, Divided Sky
[1] Manteca teases.
[2] Brief Simple Gifts tease from Trey.
[3] Intro featured HYHU and Norwegian Wood teases from Page and brief Simple Gifts tease from Trey and Mike.
[4] Incomplete; Trey aborted the song, engaged Fish in some hilarious banter noting that the attempt was "pathetic," and counted off BBFCFM.
Notes: Possum included Manteca teases. Simple Gifts was teased briefly by Trey in Weekapaug and BBFCFM, and by Trey and Mike during the Bowie intro. The Bowie intro also included HYHU and Norwegian Wood teases from Page. Trey dedicated Coil to “our friends at Conjunction Junction, who are the only other people we know who can play this song” as well as his parents, who were in attendance. GTBT was incomplete; Trey aborted the song, engaged Fish in some hilarious banter noting that the attempt was “pathetic,” and counted off BBFCFM.

Its the same Rob Berger that provided us with 4/27/91. This is a DSBD vs Redmonds SBD > Cass/0 .

Anyone else here some weird digi-noise (what I refer to as "tearing") sounds through the first set? Haven't heard set II, but I'm curious if you hear what I'm hearing. It's (to my ears) pretty clearly audible especially when Trey is talking before Coil and then, because I'd then definitely heard what I thought I'd heard, it (unfortunately) made it more obvious. It's kind of an midrangey digital whine; I don't have a way of ID'ing the exact frequency, but I'd guess it's between 100 and 500 cycles.
Perhaps it was just a bad burn (yes, I still burn cds) but I fear it's not.

Hey All-
The second set to my ears sounds somewhat better (i.e., the crackling/digi sh!t I hear is less noticeable). And if you're interested in the show, by all means get it; what I'm hearing is not going to make me avoid listening to the show; it just makes me wonder if there's a clean copy of it out there. Does anyone know? As far as I know, Paul was still giving out sbd patches on this tour (hence all the sbds from late Oct/early Nov '90 that are in wide circ).
Also, I was never a dat-head so I don't know exactly what could've been causing this? A bad (or uncleaned) head on the D10? A dat that hasn't been played in a long time?
Mister Mitchell: thanks for all your work on all this early era Phish. Great to hear.
