8 pounds of corn was strewn around the firehouse as ransom for the mayor. Before Big Cheif, a parade of de Canivals brought in the mayor, and the crowd threw corn at them. The only problem was, as the show continued with the mayor in his proper spot on an amp, the crowd turned the corn on the LoS boys. Holy shit they were getting pelted with corn, and finally Drew was like, "It's sorta hard to play when your getting hit in the eye," but it continued for most of the night.

| one of the more bizarre shows i have attended. whoever decided to bring in the 8 lbs of corn (and let me tell you that is a lot of corn) misjudged the audience and their reaction! |

Big thanks to EEE for recording and TeamDrink for the up. Really nice seeing all this old Salmon surface. I think Russ is going to up (maybe he has) the LoS High Sierra Big Top with the crazy Ask The Fish with about 15 people on stage (including Kang, Jessica, Ross Martin, Dr. Didg, etc)

To be clear, the show I'm referencing would be 7-4-99, the last night of the last festival up in Bear Valley.
