Here's some more Doc.
This came from PapaJohn on dvd a few years back. I most likely seeded it back when, but dug it up again.
Amazing how doc spanned the generations. My dad gave me his will the circle be unbroken album back in 1983 and that was my fisrt exposure to Doc (as well as my way in to bluegrass). My Son now picks off docks licks and his versions of songs like Summertime, Georgie.
what a legacy he's left us. He was so humble. He always allowed us to record, even off the sbd. cheers to Doc! |
