Good question. I don't know unfortunately. Marcus got this in trade back in the day on rec.music.phish, and that's how the jcard is labeled.
I have no reason to believe this, other than just a reasonable guess, but I THINK this is the rig:

So I'm guessing a MV100 or a SX-M2. That is if it's a Gary Fox recording. Which it may be. I reached out to Eric Pearson and Dan Estrin but they didn't say they knew. |
