Can anybody explain what is causing those scratchy sounding glitches in the SBD source?

It could possibly be a bad audio patch cable somewhere in The Dead's system. Probably going to their recording set up. Your technical skill on this one is impressive, non-the-less. I really enjoyed it, thanks.
