How did the mix turn out?
My choppy stream sounded amazing, and I have very high expectations as a result.
Can't wait to hear your pull.
THis show is one for the ages, folks. They really lay on the darkness and challenge the negativity with this second set. Basicially it's one massive, cosmic jam that includes a bunch of songs that come out of nowhere. Tightest presentation by the Phish imaginable.
Listen to the crowd go wild during the verses to Sand! They're not even jamming, and the groove just sends out this light. ON the SBD< you can hear the glowsticks in the colors of the sound. Was there a glowstick war at that point? Sure sounds like it.
Phish have entered a new age. I feel that this is the music I've been waiting for all these years. Incredible! |

Just a note; download complete.
Sand (disc 2, track 4) is completely unlabeled. Please correct.
One of the best rock and roll performances by any band anywhere at any time! Pure sickness for all you folks!
The pull sounds amazing. The sound in the venue had to be insanely great. SBD also sounds incredible! One of the best shows. |

funkbeard - the crowd reactions in Sand were completely due to the large amounts of glow sticks being dropped from the balcony onto the pav. certainly the music didn't hurt it, but it was definitely not a direct reaction to something happening on stage. biggest glow stick war I've seen in years.

Whoops, that's what I get for working up Set 2 on the way back to the hotel.
My main priority is to get the mp3s out there fast, so people have an alternative to those unauthorized LP "shares."
So sorry about the tagging inconvenience, the file was NAMED correctly, and should have been no trouble at all.
Here is the properly tagged file:

I grabbed all sources of this one available 24+ hours after the show.
Did I overhype? Probably. Is it a great show? Definitely.
Great pull! |
