Are you also the one kindly providing the great quality audio stream? If so, muchas garcias for that too; and how are you getting the stream to sound so good? (Usually the stream from others sounds all distorted, is mediocre quality and/or is otherwise ruined by nonstop audience yakkers.) |

| That would be me. I get it to sound like that from years of practice, experimentation and gear upgrades while on Widespread Panic tour. :) |

Much appreciated by all. Are you seeing the whole tour (we hope)?
Also, in your expert opinion, do the mk22s or the mk4s sound better, which might be a hard general question? Which of the 2 captures the most bass? Thanks for the info, and your time and effort! |

| It depends on your playback system. I like the MK22's. In my opinion they sound slightly more full with more bass. The MK4's still sound great, but a person with a less high end playback system will more then likely prefer the MK4's. The stream was the MK4's this weekend. |

I found you at a spread concert, and have been following your stuff every since. I get the e-mail that Colorartist is on line. Last year you RR broadcast blew me away via internet and Grado's. It was absolutely the very best taper show I've ever heard and that was internet.
So as I was telling someone today, last year was incredible. This year was only---- very very good. I didn't know what the difference was. Now I do the 22's vs the 4's. I have not taped since the early days with my porta Nakamichi.
My friend, and after listening to hours of your shows I do feel you are truly my friend. Your stuff just blows me away, your a true ARTIST in your own right. I shore do wish you were the sound master for Furthur or Spread.
I'm not sure how you get that sound. Last year just absolutely blew my mind. I know the Schoepps but there is more to your sound.
You were taping next to a friend of mine, so I'll see if he has contact info on you and send you an e-mail off line. |

| Thanks for the kind words, but 90% of my job is done by the Soundguy. I only capture the sound. I just try to get my mics in the right place, just like all the other tapers. |
