|Pretty sure I was at this show and participated in a major smoke out with the band and others backstage. There were some insane fattys being passed around. I remember Warren saying he only smokes joints and never pipes. Good Times!
|Yeah this was the show. I just flashed on a conversation I had that night with Warren about Derrick Trucks. At the time he was really young and not that well known. Warren was surprised I heard of Derrick and told me a crazy story. He said the Allmans were jamming at Butch's house with Derrick, and the kid did a slide lead that was so hot, everyone stopped playing and just stared in amazement! Almost forgot that tale until this post today.
