An impressive way to kick off the 4 night Atlanta New Year's Run! The Tabernacle was not sold out, but pretty damn close. The energy was amazing. We all ended up setting up in the balcony as it should be. Team Dirty South was in full representation. Tonight we should have Russ joining us.
A very solid 1st set. Cemetary Walk is one of my favorites for sure and tonight, parts I And II did not disappoint. Second set was spot on. The opening segment featuring a killer Phil's Farm>Puppet Strings sammy was sweet. The Hollywood Nights set closer was perfect. Orechall and I saw the first one at HOB in Anaheim 3 years ago. As usual, the boys covered it oh so well. Chris had the sound dialed IN and Jefferson blew us away with the light show!
Grat to hang with Dany, Orechall, Dave, Adam and Carlie, John (Pops), Chris, Rob, Chrissy, Nick J., Lilly, and the rest of the gang!
