I always love seeing Bernie, in ANY incarnation. I was psyched to see this band. I got there in plenty of time to set up as there were 2 bands before BWO. I grabbed my sweet spot against a pole, 11' from stage. The sound was not the greatest in the room and it was a challenge guarding my gear, especially with a very bad knee. The vocals were very weak. I mentioned something to the sound engineer in a nice way. Did not help. You can hear Bernie talking to him after each of the first 4-5 songs asking for different instruments in the monitors. Sad.
All in all, still a solid performance by Bernie and the great young musicians he has gathered for his band. Here are the videos I shot to give you a feel for the room:
