I think Fuck You Guys has some Hey Bulldog (Beatles) quotes.
I also think the unknown track might be 2 different pieces. |

Todd, I'm very much partial to the mk5 recording. When you listen I think you'll agree. Randy thanks for the setlist...waiting for duggy to weigh in.
Also, I started working on the jam cruise night 1 msmw last night but passed out in bed while doing so. I have a nasty cold from the boat and I'm out on the west coast for work which has gotten me all whacked out. Still rocking also, which is not pleasent when you're dead sober |

Sco is cool and all, but why can't he seem to play more MMW songs? Getting tired of the same tunes w/ him over and over.
More Ribot, less Sco

THANKS FOR THIS! HA! I came to the party late ... what a nice surprise to check out the tracker for the first time in a few days and see FRESH MMW!
I'll see if I can identify that unknown when I listen to the show tomorrow -- just grabbing it now!
I hear ya, Rick, about the "same tunes" but they won't play these forever, so I say enjoy 'em and ya know what: I've yet to catch an MSMW gig so I'd like to hear a few of them ... no doubt they could throw some more in the setlist mix though ... I caught Sco with a different rhythm section in support of A Go Go back in '98 at the Montreal Jazz Fest but never had a chance since the MSMW thang kicked in back in '06 and seems to resurface regularly ... I have to say I do enjoy Sco, and I think the 4 of them can tear the hell outta these tunes now -- more so than they could 5-6 years ago ... I'm looking forward to hearing this because those Dec '12 MSMW gigs from Colorado were HOT!
And I think In Case the World Changes Its Mind is a great f#cking tune AND title! HA!
All that said, if Ribot wants to play with MMW, then Sco just needs to step aside ... but that ain't happening ... I guess when I listen to MSMW I'm listening to a different band, in some sense -- it's not MMW with another player but rather a different band altogether, whereas MMW+Ribot is still MMW but with a twist ... I dig hearing both incarnations for different reasons but the version closer to pure MMW (i.e. w/Ribot) would be my preference, because the straight-up trio is where it's at as far as I'm concerned ... |

| I am one of the few non MSMW. Dislike the quartet totally. I just don't like MMW with guitar at all. Ribot is good and Oren is ok but I like the MMW to be of a more free nature. They are too restricted with guitarists. |

agreed. While I think Sco limits them live, I don't feel the same way about Ribot.

| I don't think they are limited with Ribot but, guitar just feels/sounds like it doesn't fit. |
