| Do I need to re download this? I have the first one and have listened but not decoded. I have not noticed any problems. Just wondering before I download if it's needed. Thanks |

I downloaded both torrents. All the filenames are the same, and the included FFP an MD5 info files indicate s1t01-s1t11 and s2t16 are identical in both torrents.
However, my own MD5 hashes indicate NO IDENTICAL FILES between the 2 torrents EXCEPT the one .JPG image file included.
Trader's Little Helper verifies both the FFP and MD5 checksums for the original torrent, and verifies the FFP for the Re-seed, but the MD5 checksums fail to verify.
So if I understand it correctly, I guess that means the audio portion of s1t01-s1t11 and s2t16 are identical in both torrents (see above), but something is different in the audio portion of the remaining FLAC files.
I haven't yet had time to listen to see if I can detect the audio changes in the other tracks.
I presume the available corrected version is what coloartist intended to upload (in spite of the mismatched MD5 checksums), but I would still like to understand the difference between the original and the re-seeded versions. |
