|I found this old WSP cassette the other week and then found it on a HD in my converted files. Whoops. Sorry for the 5+ year delay in seeding, but here it is in all it's analog glory. This show has not been in the db and has been uncirculated. This tape came from a friend in Seattle who I used to trade & tape with (my cass says it was made 10/95). He recorded this with CSB, probably on glasses, probably about 10 feet from stage centered, into a D5. It's not bad. EK for the win.
Can I ask for something in return from you WSP collectors? One of my favorite WSP shows that I went to was in Boulder 9/6/92 at Mary Rippon. I had a ball that night with a bunch of friends and I have never been able to track it down. I can see those analog generations but I don't care. If someone can seed that 9/6/92 show I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
|Hello brother. I taped that show in Boulder in '92 and have it in line to be uploaded. Keep the faith:)
|Sweet! Thank you!! That's excellent news. I'll keep an eye out...
|A little off topic maybe, but for some reason I can't get into digitalpanic on my PC. It doesn't matter what browser I use, the site just never loads. I can access the site on my phone and on my laptop, but no dice on this machine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the upload!
|Jmitchell - I'm having the same issue with Digipanic. I'm hoping for some assistance as well. I can access from my work PC on the same router at home. Just not my desktop that I do my taping work on.
|Thank you very much!
|I am pretty sure the site has been down.
|I can get into digitalpanic no problem. At work, at home, on my iPhone... multiple locations from multiple computers.
Are you sure you are using the correct URL?
|Positive, I just get the "Webpage is not available" message.
|Have you guys logged in to the "new" site. The original went down a couple years ago and although the address is the same you have to re-enter the address into your browser and create a new log-in/password.
Just a suggestion as this is what happened to me when the new one first went online.
|Hey guys - just logged into the DigitalPanic site without any problem. I've only been a member for about a year so maybe tlgasser is correct.
|Alright! I was there and it was my only chance to see Panic with the late T. Lavitz on keyboards. Thanks for the upload. By the way, I thought Widespread blew Blues Traveller off the stand on this night. I guess they had to be an opening band since it was maybe their second time playing in Seattle. Oh well. Thanks again!
|RCKNDY. They couldn't afford, or were too cool?, the vowels.
|Thanks for this. If I remember the story correctly, this was the night the "Note Eater" was discovered and adopted.
Also 9/6/92 is sitting on my hd right now and I'm happy to seed for a while but I don't see how to hop back on. While listed in the db I don't see the torrent anywhere.
|@btanen i don't see a torrent for it either. create a new one!
